1. Advanced Motor
Energy-saving silent motor can run for 24 hours per day. CE certified, pure copper motor, stand for durable use, long life, 2 years long warranty.
We use CE certified motor for all model(motor CE certificate is available, please request from sales), it's the top level motors on international market.
2. Overload protection.
The machine is adopted overload protection circuit, can effectively prevent overload and short circuit, which can make the machine has a high security and stable performance.

3. High temperature resistant suction hose
A suction hose with a high temperature resistance of 400℃ is available, which provides better fire resistance and safety. The suction arm hose is made of high-temperature resistant, flame-retardant, and wear-resistant composite materials, which will not crack after sparks burn through, resulting in a longer service life.
4. Extraction Hood Customizable
The Extraction Hood shape can be customized, such as U shaped, Hat shape, Taper shape, or other special shape.

6. Polyester fiber cartridge filter

1.Question: Which type of welding accept this machine?
Answer: The welding fume extraction equipment we produce is suitablefor arc welding, CO2 protection welding, MAG protection welding, special welding and other places of cutting and grinding, where need to give collection and cleaning to smoke and dust.
2.Question: How can we know when we have to change the filter? This machine have a sign?
Answer: Generally speaking, the filter cartridge can be used repeatedly and does not need to be replaced until it is damaged. The advantage of our filter is: It can provide you much longer service time than others. The super good filter can be used for 24month by using top grade material, and screen outside of the filter can give effective protection to sparks and the impact of large particles of dust.
When welding fumes cannot be sucked in effectively, or be sucked incompletely,the suction power becomes smaller (just like a vacuum cleaner used at home, which can’t suck dust quickly), it means that too much dirt has been attached to the filter cartridge,the resistance for smoke passing through the filter becomes larger, and the filter is too dirty. At this time, the filter cartridge needs to be cleaned.
Generally saying, in order to make sure the machine runs in good state, it’s suggested to clean the filter after every 4 hours’ working.
3.Question: What’s the Filtration efficiency and filtration accuracy of the filter?
Answer: Nanoscale material, enable above 90% high efficiency filtration, can filter minimum 0.3μm dusts.
4.Question: How to clean the cartridge filter inside, can it be recycle used?
Answer: There will be two ways to clean the filters: The First way is our advanced filter can be taken down and washed by water, so recycle use is definitely supported, but this way will cost manual works; Of course we have more efficient way, that’s the Second way to clean the cartridge, that’s pulse-jet cleaning system. The automatic dust cleaning system can be installed into the machine, we call it advanced model, by the help of pulse-jet cleaning system, the auto ash cleaning work will be automatic started, the frequency of ash removal work will be set up in advance according to different airflow of the machine, and could also be turned on manually at anytime you want. The related cost of automatic dust cleaning system will be a little more expensive but will be labor saving.
